You have now also discovered that, in breach of the terms against non-assignment, they have attempted to transfer the remaining part of the lease, without your knowledge or permission, to Signal Engineers (Ukraine) Ltd and signed a purported lease agreement with this company. The annual rent payable under this purported sub-lease is Fourteen Thousand GB Pounds. This purported Sub-lease is due to commence on 1st April 2018. The lawyers acting for Signal Engineers (Ukraine) Ltd are situated in Minsk and do not appear to have any English speaking staff with whom you have been able to communicate.
